Ala. Code § 17-17-29

Violation of Requirements for Disposition of Election Records.

(Act 2006-570, p. 1331, §88.)

Any person violating any provision of Section 17-12-12 shall be deemed guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C misdemeanor.
