Ala. Code § 19-1-13

Uniformity of Interpretation.

Known as the Uniform Fiduciaries Act

The act spans §§ 19–19 (13 sections).

This chapter shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
