Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 20-2-1 to 20-2-93 (87 sections).

THIS SECTION REPEALED BY ACT 2023-339, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the MAT Act of 2019.
