Ala. Code § 21-5-3

Committee to Be Nonpartisan and Nonprofit.

(Acts 1965, No. 226, p. 323, §3.)

The Governor’s committee shall be nonpartisan, nonprofit, and shall not engage in the dissemination of partisan principles.
