Implementation of Chapter Only to Extent Funds Made Available.

Known as the Osteoporosis Prevention and Treatment Education Act

The act spans §§ 22-13A-1 to 22-13A-9 (10 sections).

The provisions of this chapter shall be implemented only to the extent sufficient funds are made available for implementation and administration.
