Institutions Authorized to Contract with Students. (Amended by Act 2026-520)

AMENDED BY ACT 2026-520, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE.

Beginning October 1, 2018, the member institutions of the ACCS, the Fire College, and the University of South Alabama may enter into contracts with new students seeking to obtain certification as an EMSP.
