Applicability.

Known as the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act

The act spans §§ 22-19-160 to 22-19-184 (25 sections).

This article applies to an anatomical gift or amendment to, revocation of, or refusal to make an anatomical gift, whenever made.
