Short Title.

Known as the Uniform Code for the Anchoring of Mobile Homes Act

The act spans §§ 24-5-30 to 24-5-34 (5 sections).

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Uniform Code for the Anchoring of Mobile Homes Act.”
