Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act

The act spans §§ 26-23G-1 to 26-23G-9 (9 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act.
