Construction of Chapter.

Known as the Alabama Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act

The act spans §§ 26-23G-1 to 26-23G-9 (9 sections).

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating or recognizing a right to abortion, nor a right to a particular method of abortion.
