Ala. Code § 27-33-10

Trusteed Assets - Separation; Record.

(Acts 1971, No. 407, p. 707, §665.)

The trustee shall keep the trusteed assets separate from other assets and shall maintain a record thereof sufficient to identify trusteed assets at all times.
