Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Pharmacy Benefits Manager Licensure and Regulation Act

The act spans §§ 27-45A-1 to 27-45A-9 (14 sections).

This chapter shall be known as and may be cited as the Alabama Pharmacy Benefits Manager Licensure and Regulation Act.
