Sale or Possession of Unlawful Hemp Products; Penalties.

(Act 2025-385, §1.)

(a) The sale or possession of a hemp product specifically excluded from the definition of a consumable hemp product is strictly prohibited.

(b) A violation of subsection (a) is a Class C felony.
