Ala. Code § 28-3A-1

Short Title.

Known as the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Code

The act spans §§ 28-3A-1 to 28-3A-9 (43 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Code.”
