Ala. Code § 28-4-183

Permit from Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to Have Wine Shipped from Outside the State - Permit to Be Used for One Shipment Only; Expiration.

The permit provided for in Section 28-4-182 may be used for only one shipment and shall be void 20 days after the date of issuance.
