Ala. Code § 31-2A-95

(Article 95.) Resistance, Flight, Breach of Arrest, and Escape.

(Act 2012-334, §1.)

Any person subject to this code who does any of the following shall be punished as a court-martial may direct:

(1) Resists apprehension.

(2) Flees from apprehension.

(3) Breaks arrest.

(4) Escapes from custody or confinement.
