Ala. Code § 31-9A-1

Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Homeland Security Act

The act spans §§ 31-9A-1 to 31-9A-9 (16 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Alabama Homeland Security Act of 2003.”
