Applicability to Offenses Committed 60 Days After Effective Date and Thereafter.

Known as the Alabama Uniform Commercial Driver License Act

The act spans §§ 32-6-49.1 to 32-6-49.9 (24 sections).

Only offenses committed 60 days after the effective date of this article, and thereafter, shall be affected by the provisions of this article.
