Known as the Alabama Uniform Certificate of Title and Antitheft Act
The act spans §§ 32-8-1–32-8-9 (52 sections).

This article does not apply to the following unless a title certificate has been issued on such vehicles under this chapter:
(1) A vehicle moved solely by animal power;
(2) An implement of husbandry;
(3) Special mobile equipment; and
(4) A self-propelled wheelchair or invalid tricycle.
