Effect of Certificate of Title.

Known as the Uniform Certificate of Title for Vessels Act

The act spans §§ 33-5B-1 to 33-5B-9 (30 sections).

A certificate of title is prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information in the record that constitutes the certificate.
