The act spans §§ 34-24-190 to 34-24-220.12 (29 sections).

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:
(1) Home of record.
(2) Permanent Change of Station (PCS).
(3) State of current residence if it is different from the PCS state or home of record.
