Ala. Code § 34-25-6

Admissibility of Results as Evidence.

Known as the Polygraph Examiners Act

The act spans §§ 34-25-1 to 34-25-8 (24 sections).

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as permitting the results of truth examinations or polygraph examinations to be introduced or admitted as evidence in a court of law.
