Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Shortline Railroad Infrastructure Rehabilitation Act

The act spans §§ 37-10A-1 to 37-10A-5 (5 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Shortline Railroad Infrastructure Rehabilitation Act.
