Short Title.

Known as the Reemployment Act

The act spans §§ 40-18-270 to 40-18-273 (4 sections).

REPEALED BY ACT 2023-546, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2028 UNLESS EXTENDED BY AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE.

This article shall be known as the Reemployment Act of 2010.
