Short Title.

Known as the Facilitating Business Rapid Response to Declared Disasters Act

The act spans §§ 40-31-1 to 40-31-4 (4 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Facilitating Business Rapid Response to Declared Disasters Act of 2014.
