Ala. Code § 41-16-87

Applicability.

(Act 2001-955, 2001 p. 815, §8; Act 2025-35, §1.)

This article shall not apply to either of the following:

(1) Any person that does not receive state funds under a grant or a contract.

(2) Any grants or contracts between public procurement units.
