Proprietary Function Contracting Not Restricted.

Known as the Alabama Governmental Leasing Act

The act spans §§ 41-16A-1 to 41-16A-9 (11 sections).

Nothing in this chapter shall restrict governmental entities from executing contracts arising out of their proprietary functions.
