Ala. Code § 41-27-81

(Act 2026-270, §2.)

(a) No person shall intentionally use a UAS to conduct surveillance of, or photograph or otherwise record images of, a Capitol area for the purpose of committing a criminal offense.

(b) A violation of this section is a Class C felony.
