Ala. Code § 41-6A-1

Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Energy Management and Conservation Act

The act spans §§ 41-6A-1–41-6A-9 (11 sections).

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Alabama Energy Management and Conservation Act of 1980.”
