Commission and Fund Abolished.

(Act 2023-121, §3.)

(a) The Cullman County Community Development Commission is abolished.

(b)(1) The Community Development Fund within the Cullman County Treasury is abolished.

(2) Any remaining monies in the Community Development Fund shall be transferred to the Cullman County Legislative Delegation Fund.
