Ala. Code § 45-27-50

Office of Constable Abolished.

(Act 85-526, p. 635, §§1,2.)

(a) The office of constable is hereby abolished in Escambia County.

(b) Any person now serving in such office in Escambia County shall be entitled to any vested rights accrued.
