Distribution of Funds from Sunday Sales.

(a) This section shall apply only to Macon County.

(b) The Macon County Commission shall distribute forty thousand dollars ($40,000) per annum from the sale of alcoholic beverages after 12:00 P.M. on Sunday to the Macon County Public Library.
