Ala. Code § 45-45-121.08

Legal Services by County Attorney or Outside Legal Counsel.

(Acts 1973, No. 941, p. 1447, §12; Act 2022-403, §4.)

In any matter requiring the services of an attorney, the personnel board may call upon the county attorney to render any legal services to the board as it may deem necessary or advisable, and may contract with outside legal counsel to provide guidance and assistance to the board during disciplinary hearings and in preparing any written decisions.
