Ala. Code § 45-48-70.59

Violations.

(Act 79-466, p. 848, § 11.)

Any person who willfully violates this subpart, in addition to any civil liability or penalty, shall on conviction be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 12 months, or both. On trial by jury the punishment shall be set by the court.
