Ala. Code § 45-49-81.01

In addition to the salaries paid to the bailiffs serving in the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall also be paid to each of the bailiffs a supplemental salary in the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per month payable monthly as a county salary supplement. The supplemental salary shall be paid out of the general fund of the county in monthly installments at the same time and in the same manner that the salaries of other county employees are paid.
