(a) In addition to all other fees and costs provided by law, a convenience fee of two dollars ($2) per transaction shall be charged and collected by the Monroe County Judge of Probate or its successor office when payment for the renewal of a motor vehicle license plate is made on the Internet or by other electronic means. The convenience fee shall be collected and deposited in the county general fund.
(b) In addition to all other fees and costs provided by law, a mailing fee of two dollars ($2) per transaction shall be paid to the Monroe County Judge of Probate or its successor office for mailing a renewal motor vehicle license plate or sticker. The mailing fee shall be collected and deposited in the county general fund.
