H. A. Wyatt of Decatur, Morgan County, is named and appointed as a member of the board to serve until the second Monday in January, 1942, and until his successor is elected and qualified. James H. Johnson of Decatur, Morgan County, is named and appointed as a member of the board to serve until the second Monday in January, 1945, and until his successor is elected and qualified. T. J. Cottingham of Decatur, Morgan County, is named and appointed as a member of the board to serve until the second Monday in January, 1948, and until his successor is elected and qualified.
