Ala. Code § 45-55A-100

Regulation of Sale and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on Sunday.

(Act 2017–309, p. 46, § 1.)

The City Council of the City of Troy, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumption after 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, as determined by the governing body, by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving the general public.
