Ala. Code § 45-56-240.03

(Act 2026-121, §1.)

Effective October 2026

(a) Effective commencing on the next term of office of the county revenue commissioner, the Revenue Commissioner of Randolph County shall receive an annual salary of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) per year payable in equal bi-weekly installments.

(b) The salary provided by this section shall be in lieu of any salary or other compensation provided by law and shall be paid from the same funding sources as the salary of the revenue commissioner is paid on October 1, 2026.

(c) The revenue commissioner shall be eligible for any cost-of-living increases granted to other county officers.
