Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Banking Code

(Acts 1980, No. 80-658, §5-1-1; Acts 1995, No. 95-115, p. 134, §66.)

Chapters 1A through 13B and Chapter 20 of this title shall be known and may be cited as the “Alabama Banking Code.”
