Enforcement of Division.

(Acts 1977, No. 20, §2.)

(a) The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries shall enforce the provisions of this division.

(b) The provisions of Article 2, Chapter 2 of Title 2 shall be applicable to the provisions of this division.
