An app store provider shall do both of the following after receiving notice of a significant change from a developer:
(1) Notify the user of the significant change.
(2) For a minor account, do both of the following:
a. Notify the holder of the affiliated parent account.
b. Obtain renewed verifiable parental consent before providing access to the significantly changed version of the app.
