Dealer’s Right of Free Association with Other Dealers.

Known as the The Motor Vehicle Franchise Act

The act spans §§ 8–8 (16 sections).

Every motor vehicle dealer shall have the right of free association with other motor vehicle dealers for any lawful purpose.
