Short Title.

Known as the Elderly and Vulnerable Adult Financial Protection Act

The act spans §§ 8-6-190 to 8-6-195 (6 sections).

This article shall be known and may be cited as the Elderly and Vulnerable Adult Financial Protection Act of 2021.
