Short Title.

Known as the Alabama Public Recreational and Historical Facilities Improvement Act

The act spans §§ 9-14A-1 to 9-14A-9 (23 sections).

This chapter shall be known as the “Alabama Public Recreational and Historical Facilities Improvement Act.”
