Weekly benefits for partial unemployment

(1) Any insured worker who is unemployed in any week as defined in § 11-10-214 and who meets the eligibility requirements of §§ 11-10-507 — 11-10-511 shall be paid, with respect to the week, an amount equal to his or her weekly benefit amount less that part of any earnings payable to him or her with respect to the week that is in excess of forty percent (40%) of his or her weekly benefit amount.

(2) The benefits, if not a multiple of one dollar ($1.00), shall be rounded to the next lower multiple of one dollar ($1.00).
