Employment counselor's license — Application — Qualifications

(1) To be eligible for application for an employment counselor's license, the applicant shall be: A citizen of the United States;

(2) Of good moral character;

(3) A person whose license has not been revoked within two (2) years from the date of application; and

(4) Able to demonstrate business integrity.

(5) Every applicant for an initial license for employment counselor shall file with the Division of Labor a written application on a form prescribed and furnished by the Director of the Division of Labor.

(6) The applicant shall file at least two (2) letters of character reference from persons of reputed business or professional integrity.

(7) This application shall contain information prescribed by the director.
