(1) There is established a State Crime Laboratory.
(2) The laboratory shall offer services to law enforcement in: Forensic pathology;
(3) Toxicology;
(4) Physical evidence analysis;
(5) DNA analysis;
(6) Drug analysis;
(7) Latent fingerprint identification;
(8) Firearms and toolmarks analysis;
(9) Digital evidence analysis; and
(10) Other such areas as the State Crime Laboratory Board deems necessary and appropriate.
