(1) The Arkansas Delta Music Commission shall meet as often as necessary to perform its duties under this chapter.
(2) The commission shall meet at least quarterly.
(3) The Director of the Division of Arkansas Heritage shall call the first meeting of the commission.
(4) At the first meeting of the commission, the commission shall select a Chair of the Arkansas Delta Music Commission.
(5) The chair shall serve as chair for the period of time determined by the commission.
(6) A quorum for each meeting of the commission shall be five (5) members.
(7) A majority vote of the members present is required for the commission to take action.
