Ark. Code Ann. § 13-7-206

Old State House

Acts 1947, No. 256, § 4; 1963, No. 208, § 1; 1979, No. 614, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 8-204.

(1) The Old State Capitol building and grounds, situated on West Markham Street between Ashley and Conway Streets, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall be known and designated as the Old State House.

(2) Title to the property shall remain in the State of Arkansas.

(3) The Old State House Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the custody, care, restoration, and use of the Old State House, at all times preserving its architectural design.
